Currently a maintainer on the JPL Open Source Rover team, primarily focused up to now on documentation updates, software testing, and community outreach.
Most recently, I went to LA Maker Faire 2026, where I took my own rover show to a wider audience, complete with some recent improvements (a chassis fan and visible indicators for rover activity/inactivity). Previously, I've been to LA Maker Faire 2025, OC Maker Faire 2025, SCaLE 25x, the Explore Caltech event in Pasadena and to a local chapter of the Girls in STEM, who are now working on a rover of their own.
Currently working to integrate additional sensors to better enable rover autonomy, including an IMU, LIDAR, and improved radio control system.
